Management advisory services: operations and planning
assistance
Project Development: assistance is
provided for analysis, planning, financing and project
administration for new opportunities at the local level
as well as expansions
Point-of-sale: develop and implement
software and hardware to assist Co-ops with inventory,
internal controls and improved financial reporting.
Procurement Services: consolidated
buying and transport of merchandise for stores
Member/Public Relations: communications,
media relations, advertising and public affairs.
